Explore 7500 objects and 5000 photos from our collection on the Digital Museum, a platform for museums all across Norway.
Now you can study more than 7500 objects and 4500 photographs from The Museum of Justice’s collection on the website DigitaltMuseum!
The Museum of Justice is a national museum and is working on digitalization of the collection, so that it can be available for everyone, anywhere, and at any time. Feel free to leave feedback via the comment section if you know anything about an object or photo in our collection.
The photos on Digitalt Museum can be downloaded and used privately and for educational purposes for free. The photographer’s navn, when known, should always be listed and the Museum of Justice must be credited. All other uses of the Museum of Justice’s photos require a written agreement with the museum. Our collection is also represented on Europeana, a multi-lingual online collection of millions of digitized items from European museums, libraries, archives and multi-media collections.
